WINTER 2025-26

Winter is the time to prepare for the spring baseball season. High school athletes who choose us to help them prepare for tryouts in February and the upcoming season will train 4 times a week in the weight room, in the batting cages, and on the field. An additional strength and agility session will be held Wednesday mornings before school.

We will have a full arm strength build up program for pitchers and position players alike, starting in December. Players will get tons of reps at the plate and on defense throughout the winter on the field and at our indoor facility. This includes general team defensive tactics and strategy.

Sample Weekly Schedule:

Monday - BALLPLAYERS FACILITY - LIFTING, SPEED TRAINING AND HITTING (GROUP 1 6:00-7:15 PM, GROUP 2 7:15-8:30 PM)

Tuesday - MIRAMONTE FIELD - LONG TOSS, HITTING & DEFENSE 3:45 - 5:30 PM

Wednesday - MIRAMONTE WEIGHT ROOM - WEIGHT TRAINING 7:00 AM

Thursday - MIRAMONTE FIELD - LONG TOSS, HITTING & DEFENSE 3:45 - 5:30 PM

Friday - OFF

Saturday - MIRAMONTE FIELD - PRACTICE & WEIGHTS 2:30-4:30 PM

Sunday - OFF
