Private, Small Group and Team Training
Private Lessons
Our privates start with providing an assessment and creating a plan for each athlete. We focus on throwing mechanics first, and then work to build the supporting muscles in order to increase shot speed and power. Then we supplement with additional strength and balance exercises to supplement what athletes are missing from their in-pool training
Book a Private lesson with Coach Rowen by reaching out to us via text or email to schedule. (Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays between 3-5pm, and Thursdays at 6:30 or 7:30pm)

Private Team Training
Bring your own group and we will coordinate a weekly time slot that works around your water polo practice schedule. Groups must be between 4-8 athletes, and we can schedule sessions between 4-10 weeks in length. Focus on shot speed, throwing form, total body strength, balance and mobility. Groups are $30 per athlete per session.
