PERFORMANCE TRAINING 🏋️

Training in the summer is the same as during the school year, but flexible in terms of timing. All classes are overseen by our performance coach. Athletes can train anytime between 10am - 1pm Monday through Thursday. Sessions are intended to be 1hr at a time and we prefer athletes to book in advance so our coach knows who to expect.     • All Summer Performance Training is for ages 12 and up. For ages 8-10 please reach out for class options



BASEBALL ⚾

We have lots of options for Baseball in the summer. Private lessons, Cage Rentals, and the following options listed below. Check the video below for more info!

  • Unlimited Summer Batting Cage Access $200 EARLY BIRD PRICE UNTIL 5/15 CLICK HERE

    • For players age 12 and up, includes access to batting cages during all business hours

  • Lamorinda MLB Nike RBI Summer Baseball League 3rd-5th Grade CLICK HERE

    • 6 week league hosted at Camino Pablo in Moraga. Low commitment, super fun, and ability to play 2 games per week on Monday evenings and Friday mornings.

  • 13U - 17U Summer Baseball Teams CLICK HERE

    • Ballplayers competitive summer teams, hosted at Miramonte High School with local games and tournaments

Golf Simulator Membership

Our golf simulator is a high end Foresight GC Hawk and tracks all ball metrics on the driving range as well as on 15+ professional simulated courses - all without having to chase your ball!

  • $150 monthly membership gets you access to unlimited simulator rentals - all booked online

  • Membership starts on the day you sign up and renews on the same date each month. Cancel anytime (48hrs before renewal date)

*Additional $15/hr fee applied to guests (paid at front desk)
