LACROSSE TRAINING
- Speed/Agility/Strength/Shooting with Coach Steve. Every year, athletes that commit to the program are rewarded with faster running speed, better footwork and agility, and significantly improved shooting technique and speed. Testing is done weekly to ensure players are on track for consistent improvement. Wednesday nights.
We can do privates or create a group for elementary ages separate from our fall program. Email info@bayareaballplayers for more details
Format: 20 minutes shooting/dodging, 20 minutes speed/agility/footwork, 20 minutes total body strength/balance/mobility
About our Lacrosse Program
We have been offering performance training dedicated to Lacrosse players since 2016. The focus has always been on total body strength training with a heavy emphasis on speed and agility development. Steve’s current roster includes 3 professionals and 22 college athletes, with several other college commits, and dozens of other dedicated high school and middle school athletes
